I asked her what date they are procesing for I-485, she mentioned that they are working on AUG - 2000, for me she mentioned it
will take about 30-60 days my RD is AUG 30 - 2000, ND is SEP 21 - 2000, FP is 12/12/2000.

i want\'s to ask a one question folks, is it the regular answer from an iio.

Well, they tell you the time it will take for your case depending upon your ND and the date which they are currently processing.
I too spoke to an IIO yesterday at 12:00 am EST and she said that they are currently processing August 2000 cases and my case would take 4-6 months (ND January 2001).

Keeping my fingers crossed.

With INS you got to have optimism of highest order. My ND is in month of Sep. I hoping for next month. But could easily be next year.

Thats the beauty(pun intended) of INS.

Hello All,

Are you guys talking about EB2 or EB3? I guess they are working only on EB2 august cases NOT EB3. Pelase correct me if I am wrong.
