 status- I485 - RD: 08/00
IIO - They were currently doing OCT99 cases. it will take at lease 10 more month\'s to reach my case.
me: what about the 765 (work permit)
II0 - It will take 60 - 90 days.
me: advance parole
IIO - they were doing Jan15,2001 cases.

If you filed your 485 in 08/00, and you haven\'t recd. your AP or EAD by now, then you are entitled to take your original I-765 receipt, and go to your local immigration office and get the EAD on the spot - that\'s assuming you\'re currently 90 days past the ND on your receipt - NOT 90 past the RD

90 past RD is enough. I have got EAD from local INS office exactly at 91st day from RD.
