Just received an interview notice...

I just got an interview notice. The interview is on Dec 06, 2001. Three weeks ago when I went to Baltimore INS the lady said that it would take a while before they open the box. My details are:
RD: 12/22/00
ND: 01/03/01
TD: 06/04/01

Dec. cases were getting approved in Oct 2001

How come your case was already transferred in June, 2001. Any ideas?

The transfer notice said it was done for faster processing. But it seems they do this for most of the cases that are close to a local office. This is one way of decreasing the work load at the 5 main service centers.
 
May transfers

Am I the only May 18th transferee who hasn\'t recieved the interview letter?
