Just noticed 2 new approvals on WAC076

just ran the scanner....not sure if these 2 were some of the "sampled" files pulled by BCIS or if they are pulling December/January cases....it will be interesting to see if any other Dec/Jan cases are showing approved in the next couple of days

I am probably too dense. But I have to clear this up. 02076 is what makes sense to me. Is it?

Could be ageout cases too. I know some one (January ND) who is planning to request INS to process their case as the child is completing 14 this August.

yes it is WAC02076....forgot to put that in, good point could be age out case as well

I thought "age-out" cases dont get preference anymore (like for the past couple of months) as new legislation lets the minors be considered minors till adjudication of their cases.

It is not hard as concrete - nothing is.
