Just making sure- Is this all I need to submit?

I am applying for naturalization based on the 5-yr rule (I understand that this is preferrable rather than the "being married to a USC for at least 3 yrs").
So by my understanding, all I need to submit are the ff:

(1) completed application form
(2) 2 passport photos
(3) check for $675
(4) copy of permanent resident card

Is this correct? Am I missing something else?

Marriage certificate if you are still married
Divorce decree if you are divorced

Why at the time of sending the form?

N-400 form clearly specifies the following to send:
(1) completed application form
(2) 2 passport photos
(3) check for $675
(4) copy of permanent resident card

DO not send anything else until requested for. I just followed the instructions. If they need anything else, we will send it. Just make it simple.
