JUST LUCKY-Recv. Green Card

i think those NIW letters should be OK. NIW requirements cover broader than other EB1 categories.
Still waiting for your good news (, as well as mine).

I really hope so. Guess will still have to wait and see. Which service center are you from? NSC is notorious for denials. They have a close to 50% denial rate (I was told have'nt confirmed).

your case seems very strong to me. The recommendation letters from government agency such as department of airforce, department of transportation, etc and national labs always plays important roles.

For the RFE I submitted 3 letters one from a government agency (veterans affairs) hope it did the trick.

EB-1A from NSC

Hi!

This is the 1st time I'm visiting this forum and it looks very useful to me. I just filed my I-140 in the EB1A category and it ended up in NSC. I have heard good things about TSC but not so good about NSC. Do any of you have any specific knowledge on this?

Also about my credentials: Research scientist in the oilchemical field for 2 yrs. Postdoc from one of the top five schools in chemistry (3 yrs) and Ph.D. from top 20 school in the US. Total 14 peer-reviewed publications, one book chapter, 11 proceedings and 10 presentations. Have more than 100 citations. Also served as referee for 3 papers in 2 international journals. Would this be good enough?

Please provide your input. Thank you.
