He asked my EAC number and told me that they are working on Aug\'1st cases and he also told me that mine is July20 which is my RD. So, I guess they are working on cases before 1st Aug\'RD cases.
Could you please post your PD/RD/ND/FP dates and 5digits of EAC. I guess the RD with the INS is what we have as ND on our receipt. My RD is july 15th and ND aug 3rd
