Hi,

   I just heard from AVM that my case approved today. Message is Approved on 13th May. My wife case is also approved today along with me.

   Details of the case are

PD 9/26
RD 8/6
ND 9/26
EB2, EAC-01-280-5****
State CA
FP on 2/13 ( schedule on 3/14) in San Jose
Processing Resume on 2/15
Checked AVM today at 130 PM PST and message is approved on 13th May. Approval notice is posted.
No RFE.

    I will update more details when I get the notice in hand.

    I am a silent vistor to this site. I would like to thanks Rajiv Khanna and others who had made this site successful.

Thanks to all. You are the next. Believe me last couple of days when I was seeing so many RFE getting issued I was nervous and was sure to have one, but, by the grace of GOD everything looks great and hoping to get my get my aproval asap.
