PLEASE TELL ME HOW LONG IT WILL TAKE FOR INTERVIEW OR ITS GOEING TO BE A PROBLEM.

rfe transfer case

no i never changed the employer.
rfe for empl letter w2/for 2000 n three recent pay stubs.
the only problem was i didnt have the w2 instead we sent 1099
and also incomplet medical supplements. which was correctd by the doctor. i dont know what was the nessary to transfer the case to nyc.
i am an indian my wife from other country we cross cahred the country.any help will be appriciated.

I think, Primary applicant should be on w-2 till he/she gets GC. Since you do not have W-2 and working on 1099 may have triggered for interview.

I don\'t think the interview will be a big deal. If it is, your case would have been debied already.

I believe INS still needs to get the detail of something (like your medical). And I don\'t believe the lack of W2 is a problem either. As long as you are offered the employment, why should INS care about the detail?

So I believe your chance is good. The only hassel is to get an ID in NYC.
