Guys,

Do not know how much we can trust the INS AVM. Luckily got in just now and checked the status of my case. it says it has been approved on 05/17/01. Details Handle SRK98 in immitracker
EB2 India PD 12/98 RD 02/01/00 ND 02/09/00 FP 03/27/01 RFE 04/23/01 RFE replied 05/09/01 RFE received 05/15/01 Approval 05/17/01
Can I totally trust the AVM now - not sure myself

Congrats. You should trust AVM and you are approved. By the way you say it is approved on 17th. Didn\'t you check AVM for last two days? Or did it change to approval status just now?

I Can\'t Believe Mine also Approved...... EB2, INDIA, PD 4/99, RD 2/00, ND 3/00 FP 03/01 RFE issued on 4/24/01 and replied on 5/9/01. RFE Received on 5/16/01 and I just Checked now. My case has been approved on 17th MAy. OH god||| How relief I got.

Just got the courtesy copy in mail. The case has been approved.
UNBELIEVABLE. Only yesterday the AVM said the case cannot be found.

If it is really 12/01/00, I don\'t know what to say? I should go home and check today\'s mail!

What phone no. you guys are trying for AVM?
I\'m using 802-527-4913 from past 2-3 days... not getting anything except busy tone... some times it rings... but AVM doesn\'t come at all!!
Please give new no\' if you guys have it.

The phone number is same 802-527-4913. It is very tough to get that line. Even you get it some times it is taking some delay in response. When I checked this morning it was not able to recognise my number at all. Keep trying and good luck.

PD : 06/99
I140 approved : 09/00
I485 RD : 11/00
I485 ND : 12/00
FP : 04/01
AD :05/14/01
Along with my daughter\'s I485(ND 01/01/01) was also approved at the same time. My wife\'s is still pending because of an issue with the Medical results. They have asked us to re-submit the I-693 for her. She has one less vaccination at the time of filing the initial I693. Hopefully it would be resolved soon. Otherwise it wasn\'t that bad. The whole process took 1yr and 11 months.
