Just got the TN visa, question about SSN

Hi All,

In past I've worked on H1B visa so I already have SSN.

I got TN visa yesterday and I'm planning to start the job in next few days.

Can I start work and use the same SSN or do I need to inform any gov agency?

You can use same SSN

SSN once issued stays with you for life

Not only "can" you use your existing SSN, you MUST use it. You will never have another one.
