Hi people,
I just got married to my fiance, I was an illegal alien in here for the last 3 years, we cannot afford to get a lawyer, and I'm pretty lost right now, I don't know what is the procedure, what are the exactly forms that i need to fill. We live in Michigan. I tried to understand something off the uscis site, but I'm more lost than i was before. so can please somebody tell me the steps?

Is your wife a USC? if it is then you need to file form i130, i765(EAD), i485. You don't need to file form i131 which is AP (advanced parole) this is for traveling purposes. Since you are illegal, you cannot travel until the GC approved anyway. So check those forms that I mentioned above.

Please read carefully the instructions of each form, you can think that is complicated but really they are not.
