well...this lady gave us a hard time. she interviewed us separate and no results at the end. she took my i94 and she wrote "CWOP" on my visa
then she said u'll just hear from us on ur mail.... :(
 
does someone knows what CWOP means?
and she made a copy of our wedding picture, took our joint account statement and the letter from her mom
 
is having a CWOP after interview normal? or it just means that there a big chance we get denied?
she also told us that their gona pass our evidence and papers to the officers upstairs to review it... :confused:
 
if your visa is not H1 or L1(or H4 or L2), it makes sense you got CWOP.

Getting CWOP on non-immigrant visa does not mean high chance of denial of I485. It just insists you are no longer non-immigrant status.

B2 visa but i changed my statues here in the US as f1 and didnt went back home so my visa still says B2.

im just upset right now coz the lady was mean to us and didnt gave us some results or hints of approval. i think more hints on denied :(

Cancelled visa stamp does not mean much. It just means you can not enter the US with that visa, which is reasonable considering you showed immigration intent. Just wait.
 
In our case they gave me a CWOP also and I received a welcome notice later on. Think positive hopefully you will receive the approval letter soon.

ok, thanks for the positive reply

im just worried coz i heard that its not normal that they keep copies of our evidence like joint bank statements then made a copy of our wedding picture especially when she told my wife that she dont believe her. :(
 
SOrry to hear about your experience. I hope you hear good news soon!! We have our initerview this Wednesday in Califonria. What type of questions were you asked?
 
where did we meet, where she works, about honeymoons and marriage proposal, what inside our room and other questions that u can search here
but she really doubted us when she checked that i go to school in california before then she lives in arizona. we explained our situation but she still wont believe us. and yeah, we we'r interviewed separately...
