Lets forget about logic here. We will only know the outcome when we see the visa bulletins. All else is futile.

Can you take an Info_Pass and go and meet them and ask about the RFE or is there a better , effective method?

My friend is a bit edgy on this..and assuming that it could be BIOs do they still give you 120 days to comply for FP or you need to go on a specific date for the FP?
