Just got 140 Approval !!

Hi folks,

Just got email from USCIS that my 140 is approved on 1/10/05 ( today )

Hope to get 485 approvals too.

EB3/RIR/TSC/PD: SEP 2001
140:RD:12/12/03, AD:1/10/05 (LONGEST JOURNEY )
485 - RD: 12/31/03
FP:11/06/04

My dates are very close to yours. Did you do anything to get approval, like opened a inquiry, call to congressman etc. ?
 
my 140 was approved today morning. got that magic email. my colleague got it on friday. his RD was sep'04 and my RD is june'04. couple more are waiting around the same timeline. both EB3 category.

I did nothing to get my 140 Approval. I asked my lawyer to send a reminder last week but I do not feel that triggered. Also I got the approval after 395 days. So do u still need a trigger ?

Best of luck to you anyway. What is your PD ?

Any LUD change on 485' cases ?

My sub. labor PD is 03/2000 and I am not sure what PD will be used, sub-labor PD or 140 application date. However I am eager to see atleast the 140 approval. Its been a long time now... and no LUD updates for me on 140.

Be positive - there is nothing we can do/
 
no update on 485. one more colleague got rfe on 140. i feel like they might be flushing out 140's. i am not expecting 485 any sooner. just glad 140 was approved.

my I-140/I-1485 AD is june 2, 2004.

i wonder what happened to my case ?

I had filed an I-140 in Dec 2003 that was approved in sep 2004.
unfortunately, my company was taken over in feb 04 and i had to file an amended I-140 in June 04.

Am wondering if u got the call for FP. otherwise it may indicate that they are not processing I-485s concurrently anymore :(

thanks. No FP yet.

LUD is the last updated date. if you are checking your case status at bcis.gov, it'll show the date when your case was last updated. people look to it just to check if their case is worked on.
 
I am still waiting for 485 approval

I got 140 approval on 1/10/2005

I don't see much 485 approvals in these 2 weeks

Which state are you from and what is you PD ?
