Just Done with bio 2

I went to do my bio 2 , so basically it was index fingerprint, and a pic, signature.
what Shall I expect after this,

Looking at your sig , well, it seems request for Initial Evience should come next where they will ask for medical exam (you wrote that you already sent Biography info, so only the medical forms will need to be sent now it seems). After you are done with that, most probably you will just wait for the approval.
