Just Checked the Message and Got RFE

Hi,

    I just checked the message and got to know that INS sent RFE today. I don\'t have any idea whether they sent RFE to lawyer or to me. Please let me know, if any body has ideas.

Send what they wanted as soon as possible. Your I-485 will be approved in one week after the INS receives your response (check the phone message after filing RFE with INS)

Where is it mentioned in an I-140 petition to signal a RIR? In other words, if one looks at an Immigrant Visa petition (I140) how does one know it is filed as an RIR?

Nothing Yet. Just checked message thinking I will have a RFE because it looked like Aug9th ND cases are being looked at. Since I dont have a RFE may be I am getting an approval :)

By the way for the people who are talking about RIR in I140, RIR is only for labor. There are no categories rir or regular in case of I140
