ric2: Definitely INS will send you a RFE or Interview.

PPl, I think ric2 will face a heart attack when he will see a RFE or interview letter. He is such a nervous je**.

Completed One Year - waiting for 485 approval.
Expected it last May, its Sep now ...

Same here! Happy one year anniversary. I called IIO yesterday and was told that my case is not assigned yet.

Ric2, when my I-140 was approved, AVM didn't update for a week AFTER that. When my FP was done, AVM wasn't updated for ONE month. So keep hoping, you might find it in the mail.

I think we are so enjoy to read your posts. We don't want you to quit posting after your case is approved. If you promise to us that you will continue to participate in this forum, your case will be approved then:D :D :D
