Just to let you know that I inquired about my case in B-INS this morning. The lady look up my case in the computer and she said "Interview has not been scheduled for your case yet." I asked: "How long does it usually take to scheduale a case after it is transfered to the local office." She replied: "Three months and if an interview is not scheduled within three months, wait another three months." I suppose this could go for ever.

My details: RD: 12/22/2000, ND: 01/03/2001, FP: 04/27/2001, TD: 06/04/2001. My case probably was recieved in B-INS in June.

Not really.

Everything with my case should be fine. I believe all the cases in filed in Dec. (where possible) were transfered to Baltimore to decrease the work load.

Cases transfered to Baltimore

If you live in Marland your case will surely be transferred to Baltimore. They\'re doing it to unload cases from VSC.
