that I\'ll receive a written notice within two week. She is a typical INS AH and would not elaborate. My details:
NIW China
PD: 9/97, ND 8/99, RFE 12/00(emp letter and paycheck stub)
RFE sent 1/4/01, Rcvd 1/9/01
Any clue, what will be that notice?
Virtually all I-485 submitted on 8/99 got approved. I got the earliest PD and I am still waiting. People who responded RFE later than me also got approved.
