RD 9/15/2001, ND 11/13/2001

Just talked to an IIO and was given the standard answer No. 1: We received your case on 9/15 and we are currently processing 9/1. You should hear from us in a week or two. I mentioned that my EAD expires in 3 months and I'm not sure whether to go ahead with the renewal. She said I would definitely hear from them before then. Well, nothing new there I guess. Just thought I'd share it with you. Hang in there September filers. Be it a week or a month, our day will come. ;)
 
Thanks for the info.

IIO's answer "we are currently processing 9/1 cases" is a very diplomatic answer since 9/1/2001 is a Saturday and thus few cases have RD of 9/1/2001.

Upon this claim, no September guys can aruge with them.

It seems like that everyone including IIO has a survial guide. hahhaah :)

I really don't want to think about this renewal thingy for now. I think I'll give it a couple more months. By then it'll be probably too late but I'm willing to take the bet.

I am applying for renewal of my EAD and AP toady as per my attorney's advise. My present EAD will expire on 11/29/2002.
RD 09/14/2002, ND 11/13/2002, FP 04/24/2002.

Safety is my first priority.
