EAC -01-079-....
The IIO said, the RFE is still in clerical section. It may take week to two before my Attorney gets it. He said, the details of RFE is available at this time.

Any guess!!! are most welcome.

VSC has started Jan 2001???

Did any body check AVM for jan 2001 cases.
Came to know from my collegue, the AVM has changed to usual message.
"Your I-485 application --- blah blah "
 
R U sure? Is VSC processing Jan 2001 cases..

When I talked to IIO today morning, he said they are processing Nov-Dec Cases. In AVM, my case is still not FOUND.
 
My PD is Dec 98 and EB2 from India

I called around 3pm yesterday.
Over the weekend I checked my case via AVM, it said, my case is received on Jan 16,2001 and it will take 365 to ...days.

Waiting for the FRE in mail.
