Just as an FYI, my friend who changed jobs <180days got approved

and stamped with no problems. I know lots of us are concerned about this, his case was really smooth, no questions asked at all. Actually he didn\'t change jobs, the company went bankrupt and we both ended up in the acquiring co. Couldn\'t amend I-140. I\'m still waiting for approval.

This case has got no significance, since INS didn\'t make a query, they assumed he is still in the same company. It is pure luck.
