We have seen the cases w/ RD much earlier than Jul/01 waiting for approval and still several Jul/01 cases being approved.
Is it that when the decision on whether to start concurrent processing of I-140/I-485 was being taken, the Service Centers were polled for their processing status/speed? Just to show that they are doing well, NSC started processing Jul./01 cases!?
Any thoughts/theories on that?
Only time will show whether Jul. processing is carried on or not!
Don't mean to discourage as the fact remains that my cases too are
