Jury Questionnaire while out of country

I have received jury questionaire for my wife and she is on vacation to back home for over a month. She is supposed to send the questionaire back within 10 days. I can easily forge her sign but it doesn't feel right. What do you guys suggest?

This is fifth time she has got it in last 3 years. I have got 4 in last 6 years. What is this selection based on?

Both my wife and I are PRs

As a matter of fact, we did buy a car appx. three years ago which we registered on her name. hmmm:rolleyes:
