Hello everybody,
I've got my passport today. Actually I've got delivery notice already on yesterday i.e. Sept. 10
Please update the list.
I would like to give one advice to tose whose pps are still awaited that please tell the operator that there are already 14 weeks pl. ckeck my status and expedite. I am not sure but it did work for me.

HI all ,

I have sent my PP for revalidation in 06/29/2004. I am in 485(AOS) now and got my AP. I have plans to go Indis next month. I don't know I will get my PP by then. If I withdraw my revalidation application how long will they take it to return it back?

What is the procedure to withdraw the application

Please suggest

vnra my application is still pending
 
Dharma,

You need to fax in a letter to washington DC requesting with drawal. The letter needs to contain your information and reason for with drawal. It takes around 2 weeks to get ur passport back. I haven't done this my self but my attorney did it. So, I don't have letter formats or some thing like that. Hope this helps

Am I chosen one!

well I sent mine on 6/28 and am still waiting for my passport....i will try to call them today to see if I can get any info...I am now afraid that I might get the 221(g) or whatever they call it...as I was looking at the July tracker and there are a lot of ppl there who are getting it.On top of that I have changed my Job and filed for a H1 transfer....I dont know what the heck is going on!!!! am I then INS's chosen one!!!
very depresssed and worried!!
 
Oh my god, I can't beleive it, still there are some cases waiting for the stamping.. its going to be 5 months..

Guys please call them and check your passports are send to different places!!!

Had sent mine on July 14th
Recieved at St. Louis July 15th
Recieved passport back on October 26th
