6/14/2004 still waiting

Me too.
140/485 ND 6/14/04. Nothing happens. Silent
No FP either.

What bothers me is they are not even sending FP notices to EB2 folks like us. It could mean that they are in no rush to adjudicate our 140s, or if they do, they don't anticipate working on our 485s for some time. Neither option is too heartening considering the fact that not so long ago people in our situation were getting their 140s and 485s approved together at record pace (June/July applicants). However, right now I would be content at getting 140 approved and see what happens on 485.

mickey.
Has there been a recent LUD on your case? My LUD changed on 1/18/05... nothing yet.....

LUD on all of my (and my wife's) petitions changed on 12/08/04. No change in messages, no e-mails, no FP.

Hang on tight. Many June'04 filer's should get their approval soon. Lets track it thru this forum and anyone reading this forum, please post your current status if you have applied in June'04

Hi Eb2 "Sufferers"

Like other EB2 folks, I am also in a similar boat - unfortunately, the boat is not moving in any direction. Guess we have to live with the idiosyncrasies and the eccentricities of TSC......

My details:
TSC/EB2
140/485 ND: June 30th, 2004
No Change on LUD or anything

a rumor?

Just got some information saying that for currently filing of 140 and 485, the processing date of 140 is somewhere (September may be) in the year of 2002. A poor guy called the national customer service (his/her ND is around Februray 2004, 140/485 concurrent), and got such response.

I am really frustrated. Want to share some information or experience you may have?

Is this a rumor for concurrent 140/485?

Following information was posted before. To get some feedback from you guys, I posted again:

If we filed 140/485 concurrently, then the processing date for 140 is tied to the processing date of 140. Therefore, for TSC, the processing date of 140 for concurrent filing is somewhere (September may be) in the year of 2002. Is this true?

Today's trend seems to be FPs only, as I see no other approvals today.
This trend is forcing me to think that what ever message little_cat's friend
got, might turn out to be true. That really scares me.

Concurrent but I-140 approval

Hi all,
I filed for concurrent for I-140 and I-485 in Sept 2004. Got RFE for I-140. Is it possible for approval of my I-140 or I get approval for both I-140 and 485 together? Did anyone cuncurrent filing after May 2004 got approval only for I-140 and 485 only pending?

Thanks for your advice in advance.

If we filed 140/485 concurrently, then the processing date for 140 is tied to the processing date of 140.

Sorry for my confusing typo: it should read as "If we filed 140/485 concurrently, then the processing date for 140 is tied to the processing date of 485" :p .

Guys,

How the PD is tied to the processing date for concurrent I140/I485?

My I140 doesn't show a PD. What does this mean???
