These new PD's will be effective from June 01, 2007. So on't expect any approvals before June.

Actually it's "National Interest Waiver and EB1"; and the poster is asking about National Interest Waiver. This is the correct thread. Furthermore, NIW is EB-2 but is also exempt from labor certification and job offer.
