June Processing Times out - Big jump in EB1

Against all predictions, both I140 and I485 moved FORWARD by several months! Not that it necessarily matters since several older cases in my own knowledge are still pending!

My bad, I should have mentioned I was referring to EB-1. I guess EB-2 is suffering from June and July's 'floodgate' effect?
 
More lies from them. In the Ombudsman's report he pointed out that the published processing times are not actuals, but are "goals". So a processing time that is 4 months old means their goal is to process the cases in 4 months, not that they are actually processing the 4-month cases after clearing out most or all of the older ones.

I hope the I-140 date for TSC is a mistake. August 2003? :eek:

I didn't track TSC. But I regularly tracking NSC and the date went backward to Jan 01, 06 from last month's Aug 06.

:) when bia commit yset up (in a month or everyyear?)and after how long they give report about that issue?
 
Are the new NSC timelines posted on 6/15 correct? The I-765 reversed to December 2006 from Feb 07 and the I-131 status is no longer there!!! :eek:

Is this a mistake?

yes this BULLtion looks like a MISTAKE.. In last bulltin they are processing Jan2007 If I am not wrong!!!

Do we have a way to find out if this is a mistake?
I see from other forum, there are some other I140 catergory from other center didn't report process time in the recent update.
