Any recent June /july 2002 140 approvals lately?

I140 RD June 19 2002 -> Pending
485 RD Sep 26 2002 ->Pending

When called BCIS , she mentioned change of address slows down the process. I applied for change of address 4 months ago.She also mentioned that the max processing time for EB2 is 11 months .
