June I-140 - online status

My I-140 online status changed yesterday to the following

On March XX, 2005, the document we made based on the approval or registration of this case was mailed directly to the person to whom issued.

I have seen this message for Adavance parole in past for others in this fourm but never for I-140.Any one has any clue of what it means? Is it good or bad?

My case was updated yesterday as well. But teh message did not change:

"On February 28, 2005, we received your response to our request for evidence or information. It is taking between 350 and 360 days for us to process this kind of case. However because preliminary processing was complete, the remaining processing time will be less than the maximum stated in this message. You will receive a written decision on this case"

Hello Guru's

I got an RFE on 140 of ability to pay. Can you please tell me how this can be answered and what did u do when you go the RFE. Any suggestions are highly appreciated. Thank you.

This is what I did when I got RFE for "ability to pay":

1. Gave all my tax returns from 2001, 2002, 2003 and 2004 (w2's I mean).

2. Had the company send all the tax returns 1040,XX,XX,XX (do not remeber all the forms) but everything that was submitted for the 2001, 2002 and 2003.

3. Bank Statements of the company from 2001, 2002, 2003 and 2004 (upto Feb only).

4. Transcripts from IRS ( you could obtain this from IRS - Your accountant should Know this). Because they ask for certified copies.

On March 7, 2005, we received your response to our request for evidence or information. It is taking between 270 and 300 days for us to process this kind of case. However because preliminary processing was complete blah blah blahh.............

The most confusing part is neither my attorney nor my company ever received any RFE till today.I am just confused to see that USCIS received a response to my RFE when there is NO RFE.Did any one ever had this kind of experience? please share…

sorry to hear this kind of thing, it might be small mistake, Pl. check with USCIS and I am suggesting that whenever you/everyone see approval kind of meesage take a print of the page for your record purpose bcos CSC doing all types of shit/weired, unpredictable things for I-140 such as Interview for I-140 etc and AILA doing nothing, they are just listening to them they didn't argue/ask questions to USCIS in conference/meeting with USCIS officials.
