Re: things are moving.. Yes, so does a train without brakes.. The big question is: where it's moving to and whether you want to be on that train.
 
It is a EB3 case, but my labor was approved on DEC'98. I restarted the processing in FEB'2002 (filed 140).
They messed up my first finger print, so the second one was done on 10-DEC-2003.

I think ur 2nd FP date should read as 10-DEC-2002.....
