Rupnet user vins posted his approval today. His RD is June 13th 2002.

It is a great news for me as my RD is also around that date.

Hope my case also will be approved very soon.:)

2x FP

Armie- when did u get 2xFP and

Armie- when did u get 2xFP and what did you fill out in AR-11 as duration of current stay?

I am wondering if INS checks the lenght of duration of stay in 1 place for hitting on cases. I have seen multiple instances of highly mobile people getting RFEs much faster which is naturally followed by approval

Is my surmise wrong?

Please post new RFEs after june 2002 folks or it is without RFEs appropval simply UCIS wants to show their efficency??

FP was done in two separate states. In fact, the husband and wife did FP in different states thanks to stupid BCIS not updating address change information on time. AR-11 was filed promptly in all cases.

Bindaas,

Did you apply for EAD/AP recently? I am wondering what triggers ur RFE . Had you done ur 2nd FP?
Congrats!

Jagabalia: I think it is AC21 that triggered the RFE, I just received 2nd FP notice last week.

I am a bit tensed, I do not know what will be there in the RFE.

Bindaas,

Could you please give details. When did you send your AC21 papers?. What are all documents did you enclose with filing for AC21 ?.

Thanks in advance,

My New Attorney sent AC21 documents including an offer letter from new Emplr. and Memos of AC21 and other documents ,last November.

Absolutely, if INS had the resources to monitor when and where the applicants are moving they would be approving all cases within 6 months! Instead of thinking of what INS might be thinking put your time to do something more productive.
In this case there was no RFE. Only FP notices came on time.

Armie - And how much more unproductive is it when compared to all the time you and I are spending on this forum speculating on a process that defies human logic and on which we have absolutely no control!! Dont we have more productive things to do?

Lets understand that this forum is for sharing our views to help support one another and is based on public courtesy towards one and all

Cheers!!:)
