However, what is worst for EB3 is the following statement in the USCIS bulletin:-

E. EMPLOYMENT THIRD PREFERENCE VISA AVAILABILITY

Demand for numbers, primarily by Citizenship and Immigration Services Offices for adjustment of status cases, is expected to bring the Employment Third preference category very close to the annual numerical limit in June. As a result, this category is likely to experience retrogressions or visa unavailability beginning in July. Such action would only be temporary, however, and a complete recovery of the cut-off dates would occur for October, the first month of the new fiscal year.

So it appears that EB3 will retrogress or become U until October. We are ....... !! :mad:
 
Well...Sorry for your disappointment...if you had assumed that iam conducting race between USCIS bulletin and Mumbai Consulate details...;)

Endless journey...

This seems to be an endless journey.

Lost best years of my career waiting for damn thing and my wife just missed a job opportunity coz requirement was to be a resident. I am not sure what good it will be if we ever get it :(
