I couldn't find any threads active for June 2007 filers in any of the forums I know. I would like get in touch with other Juner's. As I am EB3, mostly interested in EB3 category.

I am in US since 2001
EB3, India , PD Apr 2003
I-140 : approved oct 2006
I-485 : RD June 11 2007

My family and I have valid H1/H4 up to 2010.

I-485 and Advance parole are pending.(applied in June 2007,July 2007)

Can I enter USA from CANADA after 10 day visit to CANADA on only H1/H4 papers ?(previous H1/H4 visa expired in PassPorts)

Please advise and any USCIS rules stating no violation in status?
