NSC totally forgets 06/2003 cases

The NSC stupids totally forgets the June 2003 cases. I saw 01-05/2003 and 10/2003 to 2004 approvals. No June - August 2003 approvals were reported.

June'03 case

ND: 06/03
FP1: 04/24
I140 approved 11/03.

Hopefully they will touch the june cases before PD retrogresses for EB3.

NSC approving May'03

Guys, NSC is approving May'03 cases. There are couple of them in May 2003 thread in the last few days. These cases are similar to ours, i.e. I140 got approved Aug-Nov'03 and FP in April'04. That is good news, for what it is worth, they seem to be getting close to opening our files.

I am extremely worried and very scared. My PD is 02/03 and RD 06/03, EB3. I am worried because when the PD's retrogress for EB3, 2003 PD's will be cut-off and it could be years before they get to these cases. I am scared because of the following theory, if the dates retrogress and at the same time labor certificatation backlog reduction continues, there will be a large number of labor approvals. There is a huge number of labor cases from big cities in east & west coast which are waiting for Labor approval from 2-3 years, if these get approved while the EB3 dates are retrogressed there will be more and more applications at service centers from earlier PD's. This increase will delay the processing of later PD's (03 & 04). This is my worst nightmare.

Let us not forget, quicker approvals of labor is not good because the number of employment based visas is limited, very limited:(

This concurrent adjudication is one of the stupidest decisions by USCIS. Cases from 2004 are getting approved in service centers by hundreds and 2002, 2003 cases are still pending. Not fair!! I think this is the primary reason for shortage of visas and hence the retrogression.

Let us all hope and pray that they will approve our cases by the end of this month.

This is the only place to express my feelings. I am sorry if anyone is offended, but all i care about is my approval!!

Good luck to you all and please keep us posted.

Any guys got recent FP1? I still wait it. if your guys got a recent FP1/FP2 and RFE, please post here, which may indicate NSC touchs June cases as NSC did on May cases.
and USCIS may slow down the processing somehow on holiday seasons
