I found so many tracker but none for june 2003 filers . so I created one.

Here is my info.

Concurrent filing on 5/27/03 . ND 6/13/06.
Category - EB3
EAD - 12/23/03
AP - 1/14/04
140 Approved - 2/13/04
FP - 4/22/04
485 -?

I saw some people with ND of May / June 2003 . Any idea who is getting 485 with this dates ? Is this only for people who have not recd. 140 approval ?

Sorry No idea Newkid,
but you are lucky to have FP done.I am still waiting for FP Notice. Some of my friends who filed on jan 2003 and march 2003 got approvals this month.
