EAD and Adv Parole Ext cost

Hi Guys,

Mine and my wife's EAD as well as ADvance parole is going to expire soon and want to apply for extension. My lawyer is asking 300 for ead per person and 375 for adv parole. is this normal fees or is the lawyer charging me too much. hope i can get early response from u guys so i can proceed further.

RD: June 2nd 2003
ND: June 5th 2003
AD: July 16th 2003 . Old expiring July 18th 2003

Card received : July 18th 2003 (phew.....)

Your Lawyer is charging way too much. It is very simple to file on your own for EAD extension, Costed me just $ 120 for EAD renewal, Took me just 15 mts for filling up the form, attach along with 2 ADIT pics, photocopy of old EAD etc and mail it. very straightforward, does not require the "expert and expensive" legal servvices for this.

EAD APPROVED TODAY

MY EAD RENEWAL HAS BEEN APPROVED TODAY.

MY WIFE'S CASE ALSO APPROVED TODAY

I received approval via mail (status online doesn't change since transferred). To pick up my EAD at Baltimore office on July 30th, 2003. At last my waiting for EAD end. Good luck to other guys who still waiting.
 
EAD approved

Guys Just wanted to let u all know that my EAD has been approved. The online status says the approval date of 29th July..

it's under EB3 category
