Would I ever see my I140 approval,

according to BCIS today , the processing times for I140 is 16 months , last month when I called it was 15 months and berfore that , yes you gussed it right 14 months.

Whatever hope at the end of the my 16 monts RD BCIS does not respond with 17 month time frame

the united states BCIS sucks.

I am sure that the BCIS authorities dont care a damn.This entire online and phone system is a farse.
What we should collectively do is start a yahoo group and start propagating this email to the entire world .That way at least people around the world will know what a farse the united states BCIS is.

We are unfortunate to be in such a "free" country where voices are not even heard.

16 months?

It all depends on your luck Eric. I know lot of 140 approvals are happening for EB3 Oct'02 applicants....

I have a RD of 06/11/02 and i thought the EAD renewal would trigger the 140 processing. But, my EAD was approved and I hear nothing on 140. My employer is not helping me ..

have you conracted BCIS lately , any reponse from them . We both have the same RD for 485 .

Called them last month

I called them last month (August 20th i guess) and they collected the same information and told that i can call them after 30 days - if i don't any reply from BCIS. I have been doing this for the past 4 months.... Life sucks man! I don't know what to do next!
 
Vermont phone no.

I called the BCIS today and they confirmed that it is 16 months to process and I-140 application.
They have earlier asked me to send a letter to enquire dated 8/8/2003.I have still not heard from them.
I got so desperate that I looked up the Vermont Service center address in the internet phone search directory to see if a local number was available but that did not give any results.

If there is a local at St. Albans, he could get us the local number for that address and then might be we could call that number.

My company refuses to submit the I-485 bcos I have used
1. substitute labor
2. substitution of company name(the company got bought by a global company)
