June 2002 TRACKER

Approved,Unbelievable journey completed

Hi ,

Thats it,A long wait came to end yesterday night at 10:01 P.M thats when I received Approval emails for me and my wife even though I checked it just now.I can not express my hapiness by looking those emails.Yesterday I was gathering information to contact senator being so frustated.But By Sai baba's grace I can see approval as I have completed reading Satcharita yesterday.Its coincidental I can beleive definitely its baba's grace.Any way I pray baba to give speedy approvals for who are waiting for long time.But keep faith in god definitely You can see approval as myself I know saying this easy as I have gone through this phase.This forum gave me life when I get frustated keep upating this forum to encourage people who are waiting.My sincere thanks to Rajiv khanna who is maintaining this wondeful site and all contributors.I will around this forum for a while,feel free to ask any questions.I will update my PP stamping experience soon.Here are my dates

FP1:8/21/2004(Received by INS)
EAD3:6/15/2004(Approved)
AP3:6/21/2004(Approved)

Note:Through out with Same company Filed AR-11 twice

Looks like June 2002 filler has gone silent, where as their should be more activity here because CIS says that they are processing July 12, 2002. Any body has got approvals recently??

Also, I am planning to move very soon because of job but kind of worried because of the CIS processing date, during my move case might get approved. Does anybody had similar experience or has any insight what I should do in this case??? Is there any risk involved in this case???

BTW, what is the procedure to write to the Senator. Did you write an e-mail or a letter?? how do one know who is your senator and his contact information??

You can find the senator info from web site http://www.senate.gov/ and select your State. In my case, I did both, fax the letter to senator office + email and got the reply in just 3 days.

Hope everyone will get the approval soon !

Hey Guys,

I am in the process of moving and I see some activity(LUD) on mine and my families case. I talked to my paralegal and they are saying don't worry we will get the notice, in case your's get lost in mail due to address change.

Is that a good idea, Will there be any problem?? Please help.....help....

Rcvd approval letters for me and my family members on 9/1/04 and got them stamped at USCIS, BOSTON on 9/2/04.

Please be aware that BOSTON office is encouraging INFOPASS. I had'nt one and took over 4 hours.

Atlast I joined in "GC APPROVED CLUB".Yesterday Night I recieved Emails from USCIS regarding my GC approval.

Thanks to Rajiv for giving this wondeful platform and his efforts in Lawsuit.

What did they reply for you case status enquiry on 09/08/2004??

I also did the status enquiry and they just replied that your case is still pending with us, which does not give any clue why it is still pending..

No activity since long time... Am I the only one left in June 2002 case??

Please post, if there was any activity recently in your case. It reduces the frustration we all go through...
