Just talked to customer service rep at NSC

I just called the NSC 1-800 and requested for opening a status enquiry. He said that the VSC processing Jan 15th cases, so he can not open the request. Then I told him that my case has already passed 540 days and the finger print results are going to expire in a week. He said that VSC will contact me in case if they want to redo the FP. In my EAC series, most of the cases are touched and some of them already got the approvals.

Dear friends,

I would like to share my happiest moments with you all. Finally our cases (self and wife) got approved today (evening) .

I have been a silent visitor to this forum and appreciate you all for sharing all kinds of information. Thanks to Rajiv Khanna for providing us this wonderful site.

For last 2-3 months I have been checking the status everyday at least twice. Today I checked it at 4:00 PM, no change. And my FP1 is going to expire today. I just turned on the computer to check it for the last time with a small hope before going to the bed.. And the magic words appeared.... This case has been approved on Dec 19th...

Details:

PD : 03/2000
Labor got approved in six months.
140 took another six months.
485-
RD - June 11 2002.
ND - June 13 2002.
FP - Sep 20 2002.
AD - Today.

No rfes..

Hi,

well xmas came early for me this year, my case has been approved, after getting the run around . My case was transfered to TSC but then apparently after six months went back to Vermont.

My RD : O6/25/2002
ND: 06/26/2002
FP: 08/18/2002
Approval message on December 8th !

good luck to everyone, it looks like vermont is getting their act toghter !

2nd FP Done

My Second FP was done on Jan 20th...
My Wives status already shows as FP received on 01/21/2004, but my status still shows the original date that is 07/22/2002..

Called FBI..They sent it back the same day....

Now I plan to use the old trick...as used by others...

I am going to submit my 3rd EAD application..Let's see if that triggers the Approval of 485???
 
2nd FP

My wife and I got our 2nd FP notices and got it done on 01/20/2004 in Hartford and have also applied for our 3rd EAD, hoping for an approval soon.
 
Applied for 3rd EAD

Just sent renewal for EAD, expiring on July 30.

I have not received 2nd FP notice yet, First one was on 16 Aug 2002. Anybody on same boat.
