Hey June filers,

I just want to share my happiness because as of today, the online message has changed to APPROVED!

I am just so happy that this is finally over. Both me and my wife's case has been approved. Keep checking online and hope you get yours approved too.

Mine too approved today.

Seeing Jgtan97's approval information I went to check mine and my wife's case status and lo and behold .. they are approved... And this news comes on a very good day.. today is our marriage anniversary too..

After a long wait, finally our (my wife's and mine) I-485 cases have been approved, we got the letter on mail asking us to go to Newark INS office next wednesday for the stamping.

A brief info on my back ground:

PD : March 1999

ND: June 24 2002
FP : Aug , Nov 2002 (done twice)
AD: Nov 13, 2003

PS: I just sent in my EAD renewal form and $ 120 on Nov 12, My case was approved on Nov 13. So I guess my $ 120 is a kind of donation to the INS ;)

Check your cases online!!!!

Guys,

I have been running the VSCscan program to check status of some of my friends application. Guess what??? I see a flood of approvals!!!! Some transfers...I think this is a good sign, so check your cases online!!! You might be approved already!!!

RFE Issued

RFE was issued on my 485 and still waiting for the RFE details.

Can some body please shed some light what could be the RFE be ?

Mine is a straight case, has been with the same employer since my GC process started.

I just received RFE and did a search on this forum for RFE times etc. Mine was for employer letter (they want to make sure you're with same co.), paystubs and tax returns. Since it's been a while since we submitted all this, I assume they just want updated info. Seems to be pretty standard request.
