OK where do you think I stand....I am so confused....help!
I-140: RD: June 13th 2002, ND: June 14th 2002
485- RD: Sep 30th 2002, ND: Oct 8th 2002.
Now acc to logic, you think I can expect some answer reg. I-140 when the I-140 priority dates hits 8th-10th Oct 2002......
I have got my EAD and AP and that came to me in like 25 days of my filing!! I have filed for my 7th year H1B too. That is another story

Unfortunately..... Unofficially, VSC is trying to put I-140 and I-485 together and are approving I-140s based on your I-485 Notice dates.
Does not matter if you are a April or June, If you applied for I-485 in Sept or Oct '02, you are in line next.
Its my observation ONLY.

I don't think there is anything BS about what we are saying. Let's take your case. Your I-140 ND is 6/13/02 and I-485 ND is 10/21/03.
Based on the latest info (from other thread), VSC is doing September 02 processing (if concurrently filed, or solo filed).
I have also seen the cases that I-140 was filed in June and I-485 in End-August or Early September and they have recently approved as well.
Did your case got approved till today? If not, then you should get approval in July 2003 (again this is based on the pattern that we are seeeing, and we could be wrong)

Come on GUYS we can't hold the GUN against KKulkar or Sanga or anybody for that matter...
We are just thinking logically and analyzing by looking at the pattern. Out thinking may be completely wrong. There should be some order the INS must be following, we can't say based on some lucky case approvals that there is no pattern at all.

Not sure what to assume
Well here is my story.
140/485/ead/ap concurrent application on Aug 14 2002.
Till today not heard anything about I140.
I am not sure what the processing date announced by VSC means??
I am not also sure about what kind of "design" pattern can we guess from them?

It could be worth a try by asking your lawyer to talk to BCIS sighting latest processing dates.
Have you filed under EB2 or EB3? If that's the case, then VSC is showing 09/03/2002 and 09/26/2003 in their Mid-June Processsing status report.
So I think your lawyer can talk to BCIS or other way round could be to follow the route jagan0007 has mentioned . (Calling them directly at 1800 no.). He has posted his experience in other thread.
If you are EB1, then my friend, you may have to wait for some time.
