june 15 processing time whats happeing?

I am in such a shock! what happened? why the AP and EAD processing time went a whole year back at NSC? it happend to all service centers! its crazy!
how can they process I-485 from march 2007 when pople who filed way back are still waiting as they didnt get approved... can anybody please help me understand whats hapenning?

it looks like they published wrong dates!!!!

It looks like the processing date of I-485 is supposed to be Nov 06 and the EAD date was supposed ot move to March 07 since it was previously Feb 07.

I think that the somehow they published the wrong dates...
This all is so annoying and depressing for people who are waiting. :mad:

I hope that you are right. Last week a lady at the Customer Service told me that my 485 was stuck in name check. My EAD expires in Sept. I applied for renewal in April. At this rate, I dont know when I will get a renewal. Did anyone get EAD renewal from NSC recently?
 
Does anyone have any clue about processing date for I140 for EB1 (Multi-national executive / Manager ? filed concurrently (I140 & I485) ?.

It will take 6 month for EAD and AP. but 485 only needs 3 months. It is hard to believe! Just like a joke!

This week I recieved a letter from USCIS claimed that my 485 case was still within processing time. Please note I submitted my case on May 2, 2006.

I really felt it is a typo
 
i hope its a typo! otherwise it just dont make any sense! EAD/AP usually never take that long..isnt there a rule that says if U dont get EAD within 90 days you can get an interim EAD? so now if they are really that behind what will happen to that rule?
 
My wife EAD got approved last week but mine is still pending. We applied for our 4th EAD renewal on April 30.

Did she got it from NSC? Do you think they will only renew EAD accoring to the 90 day rule? what will happen to 1st time EAD/ ap applications?
 
cant wait for Monday. I know there will be thousands of calls to USCIS on monday and hopefully we will be able to know if those dates are typo or not. if somebody hear anything from USCIS about those dates.... pls let us know.
 
processing time update june 16th: things are back to normal

as many of us thought, the june 15 processing time WAS a mistake! they have updated it and things look normal. I had such a bad time for last two days...couldnt even sleep at night!....I wish they undertood how we follow their every step and how those mistakes make us feel.
