Effective 08/09/2003 VSC is processing dates for i-485 changed to July 2003.

Now officially our cases should get approved by this time. Definitely we have lot of info to share, like calling NSC, communicating with Congressman/Senator etc. Now is the time we should some thing (what ever we can) otherwise our cases become old like some of our unlucky friends who filed in 2001 and still waiting for approval.

PD: 08/1999.

I-485:
RD: 06/2002.
FP2: 06/01/2002.
AP2 applied on 05/13/2004, so far not approved.

Please add your case details if they are not yet approved.

anyone's case has been transferred to local office?

I am just wondering if your case got transferred to local office for interview scheduling, then would VSC processing date be helpful? or they are irrelevant to each other?

Anyone has number for Arlington office that actually works?

THANKS!!

Count me in too

RD 06/17/02
FP1 08/02

Anyone cares to answer my question quoted above? I am rather new to this forum, have been a silent observer for quite sometimes though. Will really appreciate any suggestion, response.

Thanks and good luck to everyone!

I think once your case transferred then VSC dates are irrelevant. It depends on the Local INS office. By the You did FP1 & FP2 in such a short span?

YEAH, it's very strange or unique 9put it in a rather positive way :p ) that I've gotten two finger print notices almost back-to-back which I have never seen it happens to anyone else in this forum.

Only hope nothing bad comes along with this.

Thanks AprilGC
