Dear Friends:
Hope some one will answer my mail.
I applied for I-140 ( RD-03/14/2003). Last week they are asking for RFE,meantime they are asking if I change my category they can approve it or provide evidence to current category. My point is If I change my category whether my case start from begning or what?
I received my EAD 03/2003. I-485 09/23/2002. FP done on 10/31/2002.

BTW, my friend called me his EB2 NIW was approved on May 19, 2003. He filed at July 2002.
