Did NSC started working on July 2001 cases ??

I was talking to my friend and he said one of
his colleague with RD in July'01 got RFE on 3rd
of this month.

I don't know how much true this information is,
so just wanted to check and share this
information with July'2001 FILERs

It's about time

Could you get your friend to post the details alongwith the LIN ? I am anxiously waiting for July'01 to start.

Got to know the Details

LIN-01-24X-XXXXX

RFE was for paystubs and birth Certificate for wife, received
07/02/02 and was replied last week.

Asked him to post details about his case, and in the meantime
I'm posting what i know

More importantly..what's his ND

hi henry
thanks for taking the trouble..but rather than LIN#,which a lot of people will have as 01-24X
,I think ND is more valid,as if u sort rupnet.com's entries in June, at least,by ND (that's the date INS is *SUPPOSED* to process in order of),then u see a clear pattern of increasing NDs being processed, regardless of RD.
Hence I'd be more interested in his Notice Date..It should be 8th Aug 2001 or so Ithink
thanks again

i like to track LIN# rather than ND.

In fact people can post LIN#, RD, ND etc etc etc, the more the merrier. But personally I give more attention to LIN#.

I agree...but..

from LIN01-24XX,we know it's INS FY2001,and 24X is def July2001,but doesnt help much..
but whatever...

24x won't tell much but

but (for example) 244 3xxx tells a lot.
i'd say if i'm given this much info (upto these 4 digits), i care less about RD & ND. (i agree, 24x by itself doesn't tell much.)

I am myself very interested in knowing all
these details, as my application was filed
in July.

But i'm not able to get any more information, as
this person is not directly known to me.

Came to know that his LIN is 01-242-XXXXX, and
he says that his case was filed in Aug, which,
i think is definately not right, maybe he is
mentioning ND to my friend.
