July Visa Bulletin Fiasco and Lawsuit

As you are aware that visa number for July is rumored to be made unavailable sometime early next week. If this happens, it would emotionally devastate several of us.
Reportedly, AILA has proposed to file lawsuits against USCIS for there actions, which AILA contends is against the law.

I believe, we as an immigrants in employment category, wield enough financial and thinking power to bring some order to this chaos. Our voices in unison are bound to be heard by lawmakers and will hopefully result in some concrete actions.

Thus, we need to collectively come out with a strategy, under AILF umbrella, to proceed on this issue. The process involves the following steps:
a) Identifying the participants willing to be plaintiffs:
Please send me an e-mail at singhsa3@yahoo.com Subject: Visa Bulletin Fiasco
(Make sure to put this in subject). Please also provide the following information:
Your Name
Your Lawyer’s Name (if any)
Your Contact Number

b) I will compile this list and send to AILA.

Please note: I am one of you and just volunteering to gather affected people for initiating this lawsuit.

Thanks
Sanjeev
