Friends,

Finally my wait is over. Today I heard the magic word that My case was approved on OCT 9th as per AVM. I had somany sleepless frustrating nights, but today I will be sleepless with this happy news.

I hope all of you waiting for such a long time would get approved soon.

when u applied 485, u didnt attach employment letter? thats y u got RFE? why i am asking is .... i have attached employment letter, but in the employment letter, my lawyer specified incorrect salary(salary in labor is higher than employment letter)

We attached employment letter.

But some times INS just want to make sure that you are still working for the same company in the same position.
