Hi,
My case was approved. Here are the details.
RD 07/20/01
ND 08/04/01
FP 04/08/02
RFE issued on 07/09/02
RFE recieved by INs on 08/07/02
Approved on 08/16/02.

I had already renewed my EAD until 08/05/03 to be on the safer side. Thank God my GC is approved because I am on bench and my conulting firm stopped paying me.

This forum has been very helpful during my downtimes..
So Hang in there guys, yours will be next......

RFE was for medicals. The hospital staff forgot to include the supplement form (immunizations history) in the sealed envelope.

This could be a stupid question. How did you renew your EAD ?can we do it self. I don't want to ask my lawyer to apply. My H1 & EAD both are getting expired in Nov. can you please tell me the EAD renewal procedure. Thanks.

Yes, I did it myself. So can you. All you need is the copy of your 485 receipt and tear-off slip from your previous EAD. There are lot of discussions going on this website on how to apply for EAD renewal on your own. So you should be able to find the details if you do a search.
